The display allows

  1. easy verification of the generated sequence data by comparison of the expected sequence

  2. evaluation of correct bisulphite conversion (genomic cytosines that should be converted to thymines by bisulphite treatment and subsequent PCR are shown as "t" in the sequence.

  3. assessment of the CpG methylation status based on the normalized trace file. All possible CpG positions are highlighted by yellow boxes.
